What does it cost to attend a show?

Each tour, event, city and venue have different pricing structures. Please see the individual show page for exact ticket pricing for each market.

How do I become a show volunteer?

Thank you for your interest in volunteering! Volunteers at Compassion LIVE events are there to serve the tour in multiple capacities. Most of the time, their jobs pertain to: selling merchandise for artist tables at the events, helping get things to/from the bus inside the venue, assisting the VIP team with VIP guests, and many times will serve as greeters/ticket takers. It takes many volunteers to make the concert a successful night of music and ministry. Average time spent volunteering: 4-8 hrs. per day.

Please check the show page of the individual show you want to volunteer for FIRST as we often post volunteer links on those pages so you can sign up directly and have the all proper information for that show.

Are Group Tickets Available?

Yes, several of our tours and events have group tickets available for purchase. Please see the individual tour pages for information on group rates as each tour is different.

What is a VIP ticket?

A VIP ticket is a type of ticket that often times gives the ticket holder special seating and other various perks depending on the tour and show. Please see the individual tour pages for VIP information on that specific tour.

Will I meet my favorite artist?

Some artists sign autographs after the show on the main concourse. Compassion LIVE does not have any control over if this happens each night as this is entirely the decision of each individual artist

What can I bring into the venue?

Please contact the venue for details regarding their policy for security screening. Compassion LIVE has no say in what a venue will or will not allow upon entrance into their building.

What is the cost of parking?

Please contact the venue for details on parking and parking fees.

Are Compassion LIVE events accessible?

Please contact the venue box office directly for all "Disabled Patron Services," including accessible entrances, accessible parking, and sign interpreters.

How does my organization become a vendor or sponsor for one of your events?

Occasionally, there are vendor/sponsorship opportunities available on our tours. Please fill out the contact us form with your organizations information and someone will be in touch.

Why do you charge ticketing fees?

Unfortunately, Compassion LIVE does not control the fees that different ticketing services charge. We make every effort to keep prices as low as possible on tickets so everyone can enjoy the show.

How can I be an opening act on one of your tours/shows/events?

This decision is most often made by the artists and their management teams. We usually do not have the ability to add local artists to our tours/shows/events.

At what age does a child need a ticket?

Please check with the venue for their policy on ticket requirements for children. If the venue does not have a policy, Compassion LIVE allows any child 2 and under to attend for free as long as they sit on the lap of an accompanying adult and do not obstruct the view of the concert goers sitting behind. Any child 3 and over will require a ticket.

Can I get a refund or exchange my tickets?

There are no refunds or exchanges of tickets for any Compassion LIVE events.

Can I upgrade my tickets to VIP?

This is sometimes allowed. It is up to the venue and ticketing agency they use to decide if they will allow you to purchase an upgrade for this show. Please contact the individual ticketing agency for this request.
